Admiral's Ale 5.0% abv A past winner of the ‘World’s Number One Bottled Beer,’ ‘Champion Bottled Beer’ at the GBBF and current holder of the ‘World’s Best Premium Pale Ale.’ The draught version of this special beer is equally good – rich and complex, it has a kaleidoscope of flavours, just like a spiced fruit cake. Style: Full strong ale.
	Seasonal Ale available January and February 2012.

Spring Brew 4.3% abv A fresh, hoppy, delightful golden ale to welcome in the bright new season. You will love this zesty brew, full of tasty tropical flavours to enliven the taste buds. Style: Golden hopped ale.
	Seasonal Ale available March and April 2012.

Torch Bearer 4.5% abv As the anticipation begins for a magnificent year of celebrations,we bring you this timely ale for their enjoyment. Torch Bearer is a great example of a fine Cornish beer – a traditional full malty ale with plenty of toffee and bitter overtones. Style: Cornish malty ale.

Podium IPA 4.0% abv Podium is an easy drinking beer in the style of an IPA – light, golden and full of zingy hops. A must have guest ale that’s a perfect fi t for the season’s fabulous events. Style: IPA.
	Seasonal Ale available July and August 2012.

Proper Black 5.0% abv Is there such a thing as a black IPA? There is now! Whichever way you look at it, Proper Black challenges the senses. Black as stout, but the taste is classic IPA. Powerful hops dominate the restrained chocolate and coffee notes. Whatever you thought you knew about beer, we’ve just challenged it. Style: Black IPA.

Tribute Extra 5.2% abv An extra special version of a South West Favourite – a treat for all cask ale drinkers to enjoy. Tribute Extra is packed full of citrus hop flavours and a warming glow for the palate. A beer not to be missed, ideal for the festive season. Style: Cornish amber ale.
