The Old Custom House hotel has 24 bedrooms. As it is an old building, each room has a unique view and dimensions. Please speak to our reservations team to help ensure your room matches your requirements and preferences.

We have a number of different styles of bedroom to suit your needs.  All our rooms are en suite.

Standard doubles, twins, triples - comfortable and stylish rooms.

Sea view doubles, singles, doubles, twins and triples - comfort and style plus a fantastic view of the harbour or the Camel Estuary.

Superior double and triples with view - spoil yourself with added luxury plus the spectacular view.

Honeymoon suite - the final word in elegance and luxury with graceful decor and the romance of a Victorian bath.

Please note that all rooms are non-smoking.

We regret we cannot accept dogs in our bedrooms.

Check-in time is from 3pm on day of arrival.

Please note that the Old Custom House is a popular inn in the centre of Padstow and guests in some rooms close to the bar areas may experience a little background noise at some times during their stay. If you require a quieter room please speak to reception when making your booking.

The Barn Apartment

The Barn has been awarded a VisitBritain Quality in Tourism Rating of FIVE STARS.

The Barn is a luxurious self catering apartment in the heart of Padstow, Cornwall.

Sleeping 4 to 5 people, this modern, well-equipped, first-floor, coverted barn is a perfect holiday cottage destination for families or groups of friends.

Overlooking the Camel Estuary and the harbour, the Barn has an unrivalled central position in the heart of the popular fishing town of Padstow. With private parking and glimpses of the beautiful sea, you are within easy walking distance of Padstow's many pubs, restaurants and shops.

Food & Drink

The Old Custom House hotel and Pescadou restaurant provide excellent, locally sourced, freshly prepared food to suit all occasions.

The Old Custom House has long been a pub, providing a focal point for Padstow fishermen, local people and visitors to enjoy a drink and a bar meal. Today the large bar area and the sunny conservatory welcome families. We serve stylish pub grub, washed down with award winning St Austell Brewery ales and a choice of good wines throughout the year.

Next door to the Old Custom House is Pescadou restaurant. Although part of the hotel, Pescadou is far from the pub atmosphere. It excels in providing contemporary, informal dining with all dishes cooked to order in the open plan kitchen.

Children are welcome in all areas of the bar and Pescadou.

Enter Padstow on the B3276 Wadebridge to Newquay road. Turn off this road and follow the signs to the Town Centre and Harbour.The Old Custom House is located just before the harbour on the left hand side of the road.
